Challenges such as labor shortages due to retirements, impacts from COVID-19, and the need for increased immigration to bolster the workforce are being addressed through collaborations with various government levels. Despite bureaucratic hurdles, there’s a strong focus on improving training and recruitment to meet the growing housing demand.
