The development of Canada’s tallest residential tower, The One, at Yonge and Bloor streets in Toronto, is undergoing a significant change. Mizrahi Developments, led by Sam Mizrahi, will no longer oversee the project, following a decision by the project’s lenders to replace the developer due to delays and financial issues. Skygrid will take over the construction management on March 13, as the project aims for completion in the coming years despite facing various challenges, including a significant debt and construction delays.
