Todd Denison of UL appointed to CABA board of directors

The Continental Automated Buildings Association (CABA) is pleased to announce the appointment of Todd Denison, Vice President & General Manager of UL’s Appliances, HVAC & Lighting Division, to the CABA Board of Directors. UL is a global independent safety science company with more than 125 years of expertise innovating safety solutions. CABA is an international nonprofit industry association dedicated to the advancement of connected home and intelligent building technologies.

Mr. Denison is responsible for UL’s Appliances, HVAC and Lighting business, where he leads a global team that helps manufacturers navigate complex compliance requirements, as well as provides product testing and certification for safety, energy efficiency and IOT connectivity for use in consumer and commercial applications. He brings over 20 years of experience and a deep passion for helping clients succeed and for advancing innovation.  He holds a BS in accounting from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio and an MBA from Northwestern University in Chicago. Mr. Denison takes over from Rachna Stegall, Vice-President – Connected Technologies at UL, as the company’s representative on the CABA Board.
