Two years ago, Auxo Management, LP (Auxo), a privately-held investment firm, closed a deal with Stealth Monitoring, Inc. (Stealth) to work in partnership with Toronto-based UCIT Online, Auxo’s portfolio company. The union joined two leaders in proactive remote video monitoring services whose strengths lie in different industries and geographies. Since the merger, the Company (“Stealth”) has become North America’s largest independent provider of video security technology solutions.
