OTTAWA, March 6, 2019 – The Lean Construction Institute of Canada (LCI-C), a special committee of the Canadian Construction Association (CCA), is bringing its fourth annual training day and conference to Montreal April 30 – May 2. This event offers a unique opportunity to familiarize yourself with some of the key Lean techniques as well as to meet and learn from other practitioners and leading experts. Training day and conference attendees include members of the design and consulting community, contractors, public-and private-sector owners as well as key members of the Canadian building industry. Get the Lean construction basics

This year’s training day on April 30 offers three full-day training programs for you to choose from:

1. Lean construction: how to generate productivity gains on construction sites (run in French)
2. Advanced Lean bootcamp
3. AGC LCEP unit 5: Lean supply chain and assembly

 

Deepen your knowledge at the conference

The May 1 and 2 conference program consists of over 20 sessions, 5 of which will be run in French. LCI-C is pleased to have a faculty of more than 30 knowledgeable speakers willing to share their expertise, hands-on experiences and success stories.
