Nominated in early July, the Chenille Suite at EMBLEM’s 1 Jarvis community in Hamilton was immediately acknowledged for its unique design, masterful use of space and incredible functionality. This was evidenced by the 354 suite sell-out in just 48 hours, making it the most successful condominium launch of 2021.

This accomplishment fits the design-forward Canadian residential developer perfectly.
